Hi Dan,
This is a table that was added to our GRIB2 codetables directory recently. It has not yet been included in an official PyNIO release. I am attaching a tar.gz file of the most recent version of these files.
By default this directory lives in <prefix>/lib/python2.x/site-packages/PyNIO/ncarg/. If you install from source it should replace the existing ncarg/grib2_codetables directory. But you can also untar it anywhere you like as long as you set the environment variable NIO_GRIB2_CODETABLES to point to the location (include grib2_codetables as the last element of the path).
