Hi Ivan,

Did you try setting the pmLabelBarWidthF resource? It should be set
to a value between 0.0 and 1.0.

The "pm" stands for PlotManager. The PlotManager is what tries to help
control the sizes of objects like labelbars and legends that are
created as part of a contour, vector, or XY plot (via the
pmLabelBarDisplayMode or pmLegendDisplayMode resources).
