Problem opening grib file

Hi PyNIO people,

I can't open the grib file located here (anonymous ftp):

ftp://ftp.dmi.dk/pub/Users/Jesper.Larsen/pynio/

When I run the test.py script it gives me:

> python test.py
fatal:NclGRIB: Corrupted record found. Time values out of appropriate ranges,
skipping record
Nio file: hirham_test.grb
   global attributes:
   dimensions:
   variables:

1.2.0

I am not sure whether this is a bug in PyNIO or the grib file is really
corrupt but wgrib seems to read the file without any problems.

GNU/Linux

> gcc --version
