6.2.0 is not compatible with centos6 you need to provide the cairo library (precompile as well) because it does gives a link error with the cairo library that centos has. -- Nikos ________________________________________ From: Mary Haley [haley_at_ucar.edu] Sent: Monday, April 14, 2014 10:42 AM To: Hatzopoulos, Nikolaos Cc: pyngl-talk_at_ucar.edu Subject: Re: pyngl 1.5.0 apha Hi Nikos, There's no official source code for this yet. We just released a new version of NCL (6.2.0), and our next step is to release versions of PyNIO and PyNGL that will compile against this new version. We are updating PyNIO so that it will handle groups and other special features in the NetCDF-4 data format. PyNGL is just about ready to go, but I was having trouble building it against a particular version of Numpy/Python on my MacOS 10.9 system. I hope to get back to this soon, and will be happy to release some test binaries/source code to folks. --Mary On Apr 13, 2014, at 12:36 PM, "Hatzopoulos, Nikolaos" <hatzopou_at_chapman.edu> wrote: > Does anybody knows where is the source code of: pyngl 1.5.0 alpha? > > I have problems compiling pyngl with pre-compiled ncarg 6.2.1 > > -- Nikos Hatzopoulos > _______________________________________________ > pyngl-talk mailing list > List instructions, subscriber options, unsubscribe: > http://mailman.ucar.edu/mailman/listinfo/pyngl-talk
