Ngl.labelbar_ndc segfault with PyNGL 1.3.1

Hi everybody,

we just noticed that Ngl.labelbar_ndc segfaults on our python 2.6
installation with PyNGL 1.3.1
(PyNGL-1.3.1.linux-debian-x86_64-gcc432-py265-numpy141.tar.gz). All the
rest of NGL seems to be working OK.

On an older python 2.5 installation with PyNGL 1.3.0b1, labelbar_ndc
also runs fine.

I can reproduce the problem with the attached script or the PyNGL
example it is based on:
http://www.pyngl.ucar.edu/Examples/Scripts/labelbar.py

Any thoughts or hints what could be wrong?
