python 2.3/2.4 compatibility issues?

Dear PyNGLers,

I am testing PyNGL with Python 2.4 on a couple of systems, and
everything seems to be working smoothly (thanks to Jeff W's
suggestions). If I build PyNGL with Python 2.4, however, will the
binary work for somebody who is running Python 2.3? Has anybody tried
this kind of thing with any other python modules? I want to be sure
of its behavior before I completely upgrade to Python 2.4.
