PyNGL/PyNIO and NCL 6.1.x

Hi,

What's the latest status on getting PyNGL/PyNIO to work with the
latest-and-greatest version of NCL? I've just discovered a key script
that I need for a talk on Monday and am wondering if I'll have to
back-level NCL to make it work.
