xy2 plot with pyngl

Hello everybody,

I want to create a simple xy2 plot with two y-axes. On the homepage I
could not find a corresponding function to the ncl gsn_csm_xy2 plot. Is
there a corresponding function or how can I create a xy plot with two
y-axes?
