install PyNGL under EPD7.3

Hello,

I have Enthought Python Distribution (EPD7.3.2) Package installed for MacOSX10.8.3. I'd like to install PyNGL and want to ipython notebook recognize PyNGL. I tried precompiled PyNGL1.4. After untar the file, and my very first test 'bin/pynglex ngl01p' failed, which responded with 'Commend not found'.

Any insights or experience with PyNGL installtion
