Hi all,

I'm not sure yet. We're in the middle of trying to get a release of NCL out,
and then we'll focus on PyNIO.

If you are trying to download an OPeNDAP-enabled PyNIO, then you might
try a non-OPeNDAP enabled version.

You can also try building PyNIO from source code.
