problems on PyNGL

I installed the binary PyNGL-1.4.0 & PyNIO-1.4.1 under linux, also set
PYTHONPATH and PYNGL_NCARG.

"import Ngl" failed with "No module named Ngl", but "import PyNGL" works.

I also checked the file "Ngl.pth" exists and contains one line "PyNGL",
does anyone run into such situation?
