Valid data treated as missing values in figure

  Hello,

I'm trying to create a contour plot but for some reason PyNGL plots
a blank rectangle on the upper right corner of the figure where
there is valid data. Changing 'nglXAxisType' changes the size of the
blank rectangle but does not eliminate it. The only missing/masked
values in the data are along the bottom of the plot. Changing
'cnFillMode' to CellFill or RasterFill fixes the problem but the
plot doesn't look very nice. I do not see this problem with other
  data when I plot it.

Attached are example code, input data and the resulting figure. Any
  help is greatly appreciated.
