Hi Luke,

It looks like you may have set PYNGL_NCARG to /usr/local, which
is incorrect.

In general, you shouldn't need to set it, but if you do, it should be
set to something like:

   /usr/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages/PyNGL/ncarg

Please check your environment variables, and see if you have this or
any other PYNGL environment variables set that might affect PyNGL
being loaded correctly.
