Hi,

How did you install PyNGL? I ask because this path is not the usual
path that it would end up in. Usually the path would be something
like /usr/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages/PyNGL.

Did you try adding:

    /usr/local/PyNGL-1.3.0b1/PyNGL

to your path as well?
