This question was already asked here
http://www.pyngl.ucar.edu/User_forum/Archives/2006/0070.html , but I
didn't find an answer.
I am using PyNGL-1.2.0 and trying to plot the data around lon 180.
Instead of area I specify, PyNLG show me complete globe. Figure and
the code in attachment, data located here
