Re: error reading grib2

Hi Jeff,

We've run into this before, and I believe it should be fixed for the
next release.

As a workaround, try setting the environment variable:

setenv NIO_GRIB2_CODETABLES /home/jwhitaker/lib/python/PyNGL/ncarg/grib2_codetables/

You can also try setting NCARG_ROOT to just /home/jwhitaker. I'm
hoping we can move away from these environment variables.

Let me know if this doesn't work.
