Problem importing Ngl

Hi,

I've installed PyNGL in my laptop running Windows XP/cygwin. I downloaded
(yesterday) the cygwin binary for PyNGL from the Earth System Grid website.
The PyNGL module was installed okay on my laptop (which has a pre-installed
python 2.3.4). However, when I try to import Ngl, the following error
message appears.

>>> import Ngl
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in ?
  File "/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/PyNGL/Ngl.py", line 1, in ?
    from hlu import *
  File "/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/PyNGL/hlu.py", line 4, in ?
    import _hlu
ImportError: dlopen: Win32 error 127

Could anyone tell me what's gone wrong with the installation. Thanks.

Regards,
Harun
