Re: PyNGL binaries being moved...

I gather there could be two issues here, with regard to the level of
difficulty with downloading PyNGL from the ESG website.

The first issue is the whole "requesting an account" process. I don't
think this process can be made much easier, because we have to do the
two-email process in order to verify that the email address is
correct, and that somebody else isn't registering you without your
permission. Fortunately, this process only has to be done once.

The second issue is that you have to click a few pages to find the
PyNGL binaries. Perhaps we could make the PyNGL (and NCL) binaries a
single click away from the main ESG page. Would this make a
difference?
